| What is the most common New Year's Resolution by far? "I've got to lose xx pounds"! Next question: what is the most failed New Year's Resolution by far. "The failure to lose the weight or to not lose it fast enough"!!! I'm going to talk about this year being the last time you ever put "I want to lose xx pounds" as your New Year's Resolutions. We do it by coaching and by losing the weight at a 2-5 pound per week pace so you never get discouraged. And we do it the right way - 6 porportionally and nutrionally controlled meals per day so you never get hungry and I'm right there with you with all the support and encouragement you need. Since the cost factor has been removed (the coaching is free and the meal costs are probably less than what you spend at the grocery store), all that's left is the billionth of an electron-volt that's required to make a decision. Maybe a little courage too to admit you want to get healthy.
